About Sheaba

Hi, I'm Sheaba Chacko—an executive advisor, licensed therapist, and TEDx speaker. For over a decade, I have worked at the intersection of leadership capacity, organizational growth, and individual wellbeing—mapping what erodes performance and what accelerates it.
I help leaders build capacity to meet the demands of growth by spotlighting how the strengths that drove success at one level of growth often become liabilities at the next. There are three ways to work with me: therapy, coaching, and advising. Each service is focused on a different area of leadership: leading yourself, leading the room, and leading the company.
